The ocean is never the same twice. The light shifts, the swell changes, the colour moves between states that have no names. This series is an attempt to hold those moments  not the postcard version of the sea, but the real one. Raw, textured, alive.

Each print in The Ocean Series captures a specific quality of water and light along the Australian coastline. Some are violent. Some are barely moving. All of them carry the feeling of standing at the edge of something vast and indifferent, and finding it beautiful anyway.
