Emeris | Fine Art Photography | Greg Selby
Emeris was made at the moment the barrel was fully formed, the wave at its most complete, its most itself. The colour is extraordinary. A vivid, saturated emerald green that fills the entire face, the kind of tone that doesn’t look real until you’ve stood in the water and seen it with your own eyes.
The sky behind is heavy and grey, and that contrast is everything. The green glows against it. The white of the lip catches the light. The barrel holds its shape for just a fraction longer than it should, as if it knows it’s being watched.
This is not a subtle photograph. It is a wave at full presence colour, form, and energy all arriving at once. For walls that can hold it.
Printed to museum-quality archival standards using premium pigment inks. Available on Satin Paper, Matte Paper, Framed Canvas, or Glass.
Artist's Quiet Thoughts
That green doesn’t exist anywhere else. Not in paint, not in fabric. Only in a wave, only for a second. — Greg Selby
